During a Reiki treatment, you remain fully clothed. I gently place my hands in a sequence of hand positions over your body. The touch is gentle, light and comfortable; there is no massage or manipulation. You may feel sensations such as heat, tingling, or coolness, or you may feel very little. Many people experience a sense of well being and relaxation, or fall asleep; a treatment can be also energizing for some.
What is Bowen Therapy?
Bowen is a system which balances and realigns the body by applying gentle rolling movements over specific muscles and connective tissues.
Benefits are usually apparent within two sessions, even when long-standing conditions are being treated.
Bowen can be beneficial for a wide range of conditions. It can assist recovery from traumatic injury to chronic illness, depending upon each individual’s capacity to heal. This can be given fully clothed.
