Who I Am and Why I Do What I Do
I am the founder of Bodhi Essence, a mother and creator who is passionate about ocean conservation and nature, embodying the spirit of a peaceful warrior. As a multi-dimensional healer, I specialize in various energetic healing techniques, including reiki, crystal healing, deep healing massage, Bowen therapy, sound therapy, and aromatherapy, to support those suffering from an overstimulated nervous system.
With many years of experience in the corporate world as an Event Manager and Personal Assistant, I encountered a diverse range of personalities and cultures. This taught me the importance of treating everyone with respect and the universal need for love, safety, and happiness. I often found myself stepping into a social worker's role, advocating for those who lacked these essential life needs. It became clear to me that I would eventually leave my corporate career to establish Bodhi Essence, where I could provide healing to others and share self-healing techniques through workshops.
However, I first needed to navigate my own trauma and healing journey. I faced numerous awakening lessons, including a severe physical injury that sidelined me for nearly a decade, followed by PTSD that hindered my ability to fully engage in life. For years, I struggled with sleep, mobility, and constant knee and leg pain. Fortunately, my strong belief in energetic healing and my life experiences allowed me to embark on a path of self-healing, addressing root causes without resorting to invasive medical procedures, while deepening my understanding of the connections between our emotions, mind, and pain body.
This journey enables me to relate to the disharmony and trauma others experience, and I would be honored to assist you on your healing path.

Hi I'm Jade
I’m 23 years old and for my entire life, I’ve been deeply interested in all types of spiritual practices, energetic healing, and alternative medicines. Since I was young, I’ve experienced vivid dreams, visions, and insights, and my years of meditation have helped me reconnect with my purpose on this planet. As an incredibly sensitive empath, I am very attuned to the energy around me. Energy work has significantly transformed my life, and my greatest desire is to help others discover the same inner peace, love, and clarity that I have found through alternative healing methods.
I created Esoteric Jade to share spiritual and esoteric content, hoping it will assist people in navigating their current experiences. I believe that spiritual and energetic health is just as crucial as physical, mental, and emotional health—if not more so. My mission is to promote the recognition of spiritual health's importance in our overall well-being!
I am passionate about exploring all things spiritual and energetic, including the connections within our bodies, with each other, and with our planet. At Esoteric Jade, I will share insights and practices that reflect this interconnectedness.
I incorporate Yoga, Numerology, Tarot, Astrology, Chinese medicine, and Reflexology into my life and want to introduce you to various healing modalities so that you can find one or more that resonate with you!
Throughout my journey, connecting with Universal energies and the Divine Intelligence within and around me has been instrumental in improving my mental health. I want to highlight alternative healing paths that differ from conventional Western methods. Spiritual, energetic, mental, emotional, and physical health are all intricately linked, and at Esoteric Jade, I will illuminate the intimate connections between them. We cannot achieve complete healing unless we address every aspect of ourselves, and my goal is to bring everything together so that you can see the big picture!
As above, so below; as within, so without. The beauty you observe outside reflects the beauty that exists within. When you recognize the Divine energies surrounding you, you can also see your own Divinity reflected back at you.
