Hello and welcome to the home of Bodhi Essence
I am a mother, creator, ocean loving, tree hugging peaceful warrior.
Many moons ago I dreamt of creating a wellness business to support, heal and encourage others to heal themselves with alternative therapies and intuitive bodywork.
Wellness, happiness and to be pain-free is the ultimate goal and it is my whole-hearted loving intention to help you find Balance and Harmony in your life, body, mind & spirit.
Qualifying as a Reiki healer over 25 years ago opened my eyes and heart to the universal lifeforce. In 2021 I refreshed my attunements in Reiki Level 1 & 2 alongside my daughter Jade. In 2014 I certified as a Bowen Therapist & Hoffman Deep Intuitive Massage Practitioner and then completed studies in Australian bush flower essences & Kinesiology & Quantum Stellar Board Readings.
With many years working in the corporate space, working alongside a dynamic group of humans and diverse cultures, I became aware the most important life need was for all of us to feel loved, heard, safe and happy. I cared so much for others wellness and how people were treated that I often took on the social worker role.
So, I imagined one day I would step away from my career and offer service to others and believed Bodhi Essence would become a reality.
I have been through some challenges in my life, (who hasn't) and my biggest awakening lessons appeared through my own healing journey dealing with physical injury and PTSD that would occasionally try to take over my life. Thankfully, my inner knowing, life studies and strong belief in energetic healing, opened my heart and allowed me to heal, work through the root causes and understand our emotional and pain body connections.
Some of my studies include Tibetan Meditation, Astrology, Alexander Technique, The Journey w Brandon Bays, Bush Flowers Essences, Aromatherapy & Energy Healing.
My healing tools include crystal sound bowls, koshi chimes, a gazillion crystals, tuning forks and to supplement healing, my own range of aromatherapy/bush essence sprays.

Hi, I'm Jade
I’m 22 years old and for my entire life I’ve been into all types of spiritual, energetic, natural and alternative medicines and healing. I’ve had vivid dreams, visions and insights since I was young and have meditated for years which has really helped bring my awareness back to why I am here on this planet and what I am meant to do. I’m an incredibly sensitive empath and am very in tune with the energy around me. Energy work has helped me a lot in my own life, so there is nothing more I’d love to do than help other people find the same inner peace, love and clarity that I have found.
My specialties are Quantum Stellar Board readings and Astrology natal birth chart readings and I also offer Reiki sessions with Sound healing.
I am a Quantum Stellar Board practitioner which is an amazing healing modality I’ve found to help people in all areas of their life energetically, spiritually, mentally, physically and emotionally.
I work with a crystal pendulum to identify what areas of your life need to be cleansed, harmonising your energy and bringing you back to balance.
Once your energetic body is in balance, the rest will follow.
And this is why I love energy healing so much, it goes straight to the root cause of all dis-ease or illness which is unbalanced energy, once that energy starts moving again, we can clear physical, mental and emotional illness in an instant and see miracles happen!
In 2021, I completed Reiki 1 and 2 Levels and offer duo reiki sessions with my mum. I studied Psychoneuroimmunology which explains the amazing connection of our endocrine, nervous and immune systems and how they communicate with one another. I’ve also completed workshops on Kinesiology with Australian Bush Flower Essences. I am now studying Sound Healing with crystal singing bowls and Astrology.
I love Yoga, Numerology, Tarot, Astrology, Chinese medicine and Reflexology and I nerd out on all things spiritual, energetic or topics that further explains the connections within our body, with one another and with our planet as a whole.
A quote I live by now is “if you don’t fit in in this world, it means you are here to help create a new one” and I hope the work I do can help make a difference to the people I meet and the world at large.

What is Reiki?
Reiki is a vibrational energy technique that balances, harmonizes and restores the body’s energy systems. During a Reiki treatment, you remain fully clothed. I gently place my hands in a sequence of hand positions over your body. The touch is gentle, light and comfortable; there is no massage or manipulation. You may feel sensations such as heat, tingling, or coolness, or you may feel very little. Many people experience a sense of well being and relaxation, or fall asleep; a treatment can be also energizing for some.
What is Bowen Therapy?
Bowen is a system which balances and realigns the body by applying gentle rolling movements over specific muscles and connective tissues.
Benefits are usually apparent within two sessions, even when long-standing conditions are being treated.
Bowen can be beneficial for a wide range of conditions. It can assist recovery from traumatic injury to chronic illness, depending upon each individual’s capacity to heal. This can be given fully clothed.

Energy healing is the vehicle that recharges chakras from being clogged with stagnate energy and from spinning irregularly or in the wrong direction. Ideally, your chakras should spin gently and consistently in an energy exchange and be similar in shape and size to one another.
