The soul-purpose of Bodhi Essence is to awaken and harmonise your 4 bodies, spiritually, emotionally, physically and mentally with pure-hearted healing intention.
We offer multi-dimensional energy healing services using techniques combining reiki, bowen therapy, crystal healing, sound and restorative massage to those who are suffering symptoms of a dysregulated nervous system, such as

We have designed a sanctuary in our new "Gifts of Healing" wellness centre located inside the Flower Power Garden Centre in Warriewood, where we offer healing services to relieve any disharmony, free the mind from babble, release the effects of pain in the body and gently balancing you back to uninterrupted energy flow.

Reiki treatments can address specific physical ailments or promote general relaxation
Reiki is based on the premise that life force energy is the basic component of a person’s energy field and that the physical body is a self-repairing living entity. If one’s life force energy is low, the physical organs and tissues are adversely affected and sickness is more likely to occur; when the life force is high, the body is at its optimal level of functioning and vitality. Reiki promotes deep healing on physical, mental and emotional levels. It boosts the immune system, clears blocks and restores the energy flow in the body so that optimal healing can occur.
Cheryl's specialty is a full-body energetic healing session combining reiki, massage, crystal and sound healing intuitively guided to where your body needs attention.
Jades' specialty is Quantum stellar frequency readings with personal channeled messages and light-code activations, reiki and crystal singing bowl healing sessions.

Hi I'm Cheryl
Who I Am and Why I Do what I Do
I am the dreamer and founder of Bodhi Essence, a mother, creator, ocean loving, tree hugging peaceful warrior. I am also a multi-dimensional healer who combines energetic healing techniques like reiki, crystal healing, deep healing massage, bowen therapy, sound and aromatherapy to those that are suffering a dysregulated nervous system.
With many years working in the corporate space as an Event Manager & Personal assistant, I was surrounded by a variety of personalities and diverse cultures, so I learnt the importance of treating everyone equally, with respect and that we all needed to feel loved, to be heard, to be safe, needed and to be happy. I often stepped into a social workers role defending those that didn't have those basic sacred life needs. So, I knew in my heart that one day I would step away from my career and build my business *Bodhi Essence* where I could offer healing to others and teach self-healing techniques through workshops.
But not before I worked through my own trauma and healing journey.
I faced many awakening lessons dealing with severe physical injury knocking me out of action for near 10 years and then PTSD that prevented me from living my life to the fullest. I struggled to sleep, walk, work, exercise and lived in constant knee/leg pain for nearly a decade. Thankfully, my inner knowing, life studies and strong belief in energetic healing, allowed me to self-heal, avoid crazy medical procedures, by addressing the root causes, learning more about our emotional, mind and pain body connections.
So, I can relate to any disharmony and trauma and would be honored to assist you.
